Epiphany 7

We invite you to maintain a spirit of silence as the prelude begins our service.

OUR APPROACH TO GOD
Prelude “Reverie” Traditional
Introit “Only Believe” P. Rader

Welcome

Call to Worship: Psalm 40: la,16; Psalm 41: la, 3

Happy are those who make the Lord their trust;
HAPPY ARE THOSE WHO CONSIDER THE POOR; THE LORD DELIVERS THEM IN DAY OF TROUBLE; TILE LORD PROTECTS THEM AND KEEPS THEM ALIVE.
The Lord sustains them on their sickbed; In their illness you heal all their infirmities.
MAY ALL WHO SEE YOU, REJOICE AND BE GLAD in YOU; May those WHO love YOUR SALVATION SAY CONTINUALLY: “GREAT IS THE LORD!”

*Hymn 8 “Praise to the Lord, the Almighty”

Let us be before our God in silence.

O LORD BE GRACIOUS TO ME; HEAL ME, FOR I HAVE SINNED AGAINST YOU... O LORD BE GRACIOUS TO ME AND RAISE ME UP...BLESSED BE THE LORD, THE GOD OF ISRAEL, FROM EVERLASTING TO EVERLASTING. AMEN AND AMEN.
