Honored at Brooklyn church for community service

Holding citations from the City Council, Assemblyman Peter J. Abbate, Thomas Neve, executive director of Reaching Out Community Services, and Vincent La Marca, webmaster at the New Utrecht Reformed Church in Bensonhurst, are honored as 'Men of Valor, Sons of Micah' in a ceremony at the church. The citations were presented by Councilman Vincent Gentile, second from left. The ceremony was conducted by the Rev.
