Events - September 2003

Next Sunday, September 21st, the Rev. Terry Troia will be away. Fr. Jack Ryan, Director of Developement for Project Hospitality and former Director of Mount Manresa Retreat House, will take her place at the pulpit. The Rev. Terry Troia will return to the pulpit the following Sunday, September 28th, when at noon the Federation of Italian American Organizations (FIAO) will hold a brunch honoring the Grand Marshal of the 22nd Annual Brooklyn Columbus Day Parade, Bob Buonvino, President of Friends of Historic New Utrecht.

Please donate non-perishable food
Non-perishable food can be brought to the sanctuary next Sunday, September 21st, before service, to benefit Project Hospitality.

Balcony closed; sanctuary to also close
The historic balcony of the New Utrecht Reformed Church sanctuary is closed because of repairs to the sanctuary. Very soon the sanctuary itself will also close. Please pray for its restoration.

Our organ needs repair
Please note that in addition to our sanctuary and bell tower needing repairs, our organ, installed in 1948, also needs repair. That is why our organist is at the piano these days. Please pray for its restoration.
